Elevate Youth CIC is a mission-driven youth development organisation supporting young people aged 11–16.
Our Story
Our work is informed by frontline experience in education and community settings, where we consistently observed young people drifting — not due to lack of ability, but due to lack of structure, guidance, and belief.
Why We Exist
Across schools and communities, we regularly encounter young people who are:
Lacking confidence, direction, or purpose
Academically present but socially disengaged
Struggling with self-regulation and responsibility
Disconnected from positive adult role models
Without timely support, these patterns often deepen.
Elevate Youth exists to bridge the gap between childhood dependence and adult responsibility, supporting young people to step into society with confidence, resilience, and clarity.
Programmes Overview
We design and deliver structured youth development programmes for young people aged 11–16, tailored to age, context, and setting.
Programmes are delivered year-round through partnerships with schools, community organisations, and local initiatives. Delivery includes academic-holiday provision, selected term-time programmes, and community-based work.
CURRENT PROGRAMMES
Our Programme
Four Core Components
All Elevate Youth programmes are built around four integrated components:
Mentoring
Young people are supported by trained youth workers who provide guidance, challenge, and consistency. Mentoring focuses on self-awareness, decision-making, accountability, and navigating everyday challenges.
Sports & Physical Activity
Physical activity is used to develop discipline, teamwork, resilience, and confidence. Structured sports and movement sessions allow young people to experience effort, cooperation, and healthy challenge
Self-Leadership
Young people are supported to understand themselves, regulate emotions, communicate effectively, and take responsibility for behaviour and choices.
Community-Based Projects
Young people take part in projects that connect them to their local community, encouraging contribution, cooperation, and a sense of belonging.
